Insurance

If you have  dental insurance, our office will do everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your dental insurance benefits.  As a courtesy, we will file your dental claim with your insurance carrier.  Even with dental insurance, there is typically a co-payment for every procedure performed.   This payment is expected at the time services are rendered.  We will send  a predetermination of benefits to your insurance for you if so desired prior to the start of  any necessary dental procedures.

You are responsible for informing us of any changes in your insurance as well as payment  for all services not paid by your dental insurance.
